BIG DISMISSAL. Client charged with 14 felony counts including armed robbery, aggravated robbery, burglary, kidnapping, and aggravated assault with a firearm, alleged to have occurred while client was on parole from prison. Client risk = up to 35 years in prison. Investigation uncovers 2 of the alleged victims being prosecuted by the same prosecutors office. Case prepared for trial on several occasions. Court refuses any more continuances and prosecution dismisses the substantive case and the allegation of parole violation. Client walks out of courthouse after a year in custody awaiting trial. Amazing result.
