Blood Alcohol Concentration = .223. Risk = 2.25 – 7.5 years prison. Utilized legal research, motion to suppress and police witness testimony to show stop of client was unconstitutional. Result = suppression of evidence and case dismissed. 2 counts felony Aggravated DUI with prior felony conviction.
