Client accused of fighting and engaging in disorderly conduct while another held people at gunpoint. Trial prepared and plea offers rejected. Prior to trial, I notified the prosecution that they were required to give me particular evidence in a timely manner and had failed. I discussed potential sanctions as a result. Prosecution dismissed the case.
