Client arrested and charged for actions that did not even constitute a crime. In depth investigation and interview of arresting officer demonstrated that no crime had actually occurred. Prosecution dismissed case due to no reasonable likelihood of conviction. Justice done. Client risk = 30 days jail, 1 year probation, $500 fine plus surcharge.
