Client charged with punching and pushing significant other, causing injury. Client risk = 6 moths jail, 3 years probation, $2500 plus surcharges, mandatory domestic violence counseling and assessments, loss of gun rights. Case investigation revealed federal and state discovery violations by the prosecution. Case dismissed after confronting prosecutor with such violations. Good win.
