One of my more bizarre but funny outcomes. Client charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both possession and confession caught on police body camera. Through some sort of defense attorney witching power, got the prosecution to allow client to plead to having his dog off of a leash. Turned a drug crime with mandatory counseling and fines into dog-at-large charge. Hmm…
