Client charged with Aggravated Assault (Dangerous Instrument) for vehicle crash in which victim had multiple severe injuries and lost an organ. Client risk = up to 15 years prison. Successfully utilized investigation and mitigation to convince prosecution to give substantially better plea offer. Used similar techniques to convince judge at sentencing to give a mitigated prison term. Result = 2.75 years prison.
