Client charged with 3 separate shoplift incidents within 1 year. Arizona law allows for 3rd shoplift within 5 year period to be charged as a class 4 felony (risk up to 1 – 3.75 years in prison). Negotiated the dismissal of 2 of 3 shoplifts, averting the possibility of felony charging. Great result.
