Client accused of stealing from employer. Negotiated with prosecution to allow client to pay back money taken, used mitigation and leverage to convince prosecutor that a jury trial was not in the interests of justice, prosecution agreed to dismiss case without a plea. A good example of how a case can be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties when everyone has an open mind and uses logic and compassion.
