Client charged with failure to maintain property by having unregistered / unlicensed car shop on property, litter, property hazard. Client risk = 6 months jail, 3 years probation, $2,500 fine plus surcharges. Negotiated with prosecution and worked with client and family members to clear property. Case dismissed.
