Client charged with causing death of individuals by committing traffic violation. Client risk = enormous: Jail, probation, fines, loss of license, loss of job, millions of dollars in restitution. Came at prosecution hard and early with video evidence of crash, fault of other driver involved. Engaged expert, stayed on top of relevant criminal law, pushed hard. Charge dropped.
