Extreme DUI dropped to first-time regular

Client alleged to have committed extreme DUI while under age of 21. Risks = up to 6 months jail, 5 years probation, $2700 fines and fees, mandatory counseling, ignition interlock device, loss of driver’s license for 2 years. Leveraged age of case and mitigation to get prosecution to drop from extreme DUI (blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .17+) down to first-time, impaired to the slightest degree DUI.
