Utilized strategic re-test of blood sample taken by police. Difference in lab tests enabled negotiation to drop highest DUI charge down one step to a lesser DUI. Client saved an extra day of jail, 4 extra days of home detention, 6 extra months of ignition interlock device, and close to $1,000 in fines and fees. Good result.
