Client charged with DUI and underage DUI. Utilized issues involving blood alcohol concentration (BAC), lack of priors, lack of accident / injuries to client’s advantage. Prosecution agreed to drop the criminal charges in exchange for client pleading responsible to two civil traffic violations. Client saved jail time, probation, massive fines, loss of driver’s license for 2 years due to being underage. A great win for a good kid.
