Client cited for criminal reckless driving and vehicle towed. Police stated vehicle was weaving dangerously in and out of traffic and driving at dangerous speed. Conducted investigation at scene of police observation, research of client’s vehicle model, time/distance calculations which showed that police officer’s claims were mathematically unlikely if not impossible. Prosecution reviewed defense findings and dropped the criminal charge in lieu of a traffic ticket. A nice win!
