Prosecution charged client with alcohol and drug DUIs based on minimal poor driving and field sobriety tests. Lab results show that alcohol level was far under level of impairment. 5 month grind to obtain drug test results, showing exactly what client claimed: no impairing drugs. State dismissed case. Good result for an innocent client.
