A very Arizona case. Client accused of endangering dogs by leaving in car on a summer day in Arizona. Client risk = 6 months jail, 3 years of probation, $2,500 fine plus surcharges. Utilized a rarely obtained negotiating maneuver to pre-plea diversion. Case dismissed.
