Client charged with DUI after single-vehicle rollover crash. Client risks = 6 months jail, 5 years probation, $2,500 fines plus surcharges, driver’s license suspension, ignition interlock requirement, alcohol counseling. Extensive investigation including review of all police body camera footage showed multiple investigation problems. Charge dropped to reckless driving, no license suspension, no jail.
