Client charged with criminal offense of causing death of pedestrian by committing traffic violation. Utilized extensive client interviews and mitigation and strategic pleading to the Court. Client given 1 day of jail along with home detention and suspended sentence with other probation restrictions. A very sad case but a good result for the client.
