March 22, 2023

Client was victim of domestic violence incident and called 911. Police arrived and inexplicably arrested client, who had multiple, worse wounds than alleged “victim.” Utilized video and audio evidence, history of alleged “victim’s” character of aggressiveness and violent outbursts. Convinced prosecution that alleged “victim” was the incredibly dangerous party (truth). Client risk: 6 months jail, 3 years probation, $2,500 fine plus surcharge, mandatory counseling, loss of gun rights, permanent employment consequences, educational consequences. Case dismissed.
