Client criminally charged for causing death of 2 motorcycle riders by pulling out in front of motorcycle. Utilized accident investigation and prior fatality case experience to highlight potential flaws in accident investigation. Used toxicology results to show high level of methamphetamine in deceased motorcycle driver. Used defendant’s age and military history as mitigation. Result: criminal charges dropped to civil stop sign violation. No jail, no probation, no fine. Amazing result.
