Client accused of hitting pedestrian in wheelchair with tractor trailer and failure to provide insurance. Utilized video footage, scene reconnaissance, documentary evidence to fight case. At hearing, citing police officer stated if he knew then what he knew now, he wouldn’t have issued the violation. Dismissal on one count, finding of non-responsible on the other. A nice win for a client who did everything right, not wrong.
