Client charged with 100+mph on freeway during rush hour. Investigation identified multiple case weaknesses including technical data, failure to comply with law enforcement department training and policies, and counsel got arresting officer to admit that traffic ticket was appropriate disposition. Case ended with civil speed traffic ticket and small fine. A good result.

Client cited by non-witness law enforcement after cursory investigation in collision, for failure to maintain lane. Client possessed video of collision showing other driver at fault at minimum for 2 civil violations and potentially 2 criminal violations. Client’s violation dismissed. No points on license.
